These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("Client," "User," or "Customer") and Enchanted Baby Gear Rentals LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing our website, using our services, or placing a rental order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and policies. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Scope of Services
Enchanted Baby Gear Rentals provides short-term baby equipment rentals to families visiting Central Florida. Our services include delivery, setup (when applicable), and pickup of items such as strollers, cribs, high chairs, and feeding accessories. All items are cleaned and sanitized before each rental.

2. Eligibility to Use Our Services
To rent from us, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

  • Agree to the Terms outlined herein

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Booking, Payment & Pricing

  • All bookings must be made via our website or approved booking platform (e.g., Booqable).

  • Payment is due in full at the time of booking. No cash, checks, or partial payments accepted.

  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store credit card information.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

  • Standard cleaning is included. A $25 fee may apply for excessive dirt, food, or sand.

4. Reservation Modifications & Cancellations
You may request changes to your reservation (items, dates, delivery address) at least 24 hours before your delivery date, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 7+ days before delivery: 100% refund

  • 3–6 days before delivery: 50% refund

  • Less than 72 hours before delivery: No refund

No refunds are given for unused gear, early returns, or missed deliveries.
Cancellations must be submitted via email. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Delivery & Pickup

  • We deliver to most Disney resorts, area hotels, and vacation homes within 10 miles of Walt Disney World.

  • Disney-owned resorts require face-to-face handoffs.

  • You’ll receive a 1-hour delivery window via SMS or email prior to delivery.

  • Items must be accessible and ready at the scheduled pickup time.

  • Missed or rescheduled deliveries or pickups may result in a $20 trip fee.

  • Weather or traffic delays may require rescheduling.

6. Use of Rental Items

  • All items must be used according to manufacturer instructions.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • Do not exceed posted weight or age limits.

  • Do not leave gear unattended in public areas. This voids coverage and may incur a $125 recovery fee.

  • Notify us immediately if an item arrives damaged or malfunctions.

7. Damages, Loss, and Insurance

  • You are responsible for all gear from delivery to pickup.

  • We offer an optional $25 Rental Protection Plan per item, which is a company-collected fee (not third-party insurance). It helps reduce your cost if gear is accidentally damaged, lightly stained, or a small part is lost.

Protection Plan covers:

  • Minor damage, missing trays/consoles, small stains

Does NOT cover:

  • Theft, misuse, neglect, water damage, abandonment, or soaked/soiled gear

If you do not purchase this plan, you will be charged the full repair or replacement cost. If an item is recovered in good condition, we may issue a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge that using baby gear involves inherent risks.
Enchanted Baby Gear Rentals is not liable for any injury, illness, or property damage arising from the use or misuse of rental items.
By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you waive all liability and the right to pursue legal action against Enchanted Baby Gear Rentals LLC.
You agree to release and indemnify us from any claims related to your rental.

9. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All website content (images, text, branding) is owned by Enchanted Baby Gear Rentals LLC.
You may not reproduce, copy, or use our content without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

10. Communication & SMS Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS updates, including:

  • Booking confirmations

  • Delivery windows

  • Pickup reminders

Standard message/data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP.

11. Privacy Policy

  • We collect personal data (name, contact, delivery info, payment) only to fulfill your order.

  • We do not sell or share your data.

  • Payments are processed via Stripe (PCI-compliant).

  • To update or remove your data, contact info@enchantedbabygear.com.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Any disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in or near Osceola County, FL.

13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance.
