How does this work?
Pick your dates, choose the gear your family needs, and we’ll deliver everything directly to your hotel, resort, or vacation rental — clean, sanitized, and ready to go.
Why rent a stroller or baby gear?
Theme parks are magical but exhausting (even for grownups). Renting gear keeps little legs rested and your day running smoother.
🚚 Delivery & Pickup
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most Disney resorts, area hotels, and vacation homes within 10 miles of Walt Disney World. For anything further out, just ask!
Do I need to meet you in person?
If you're staying at a Disney resort and renting a stroller, yes — we'll meet you at the main lobby. For vacation homes or hotels, we can often leave items with the front desk or bell services.
What if I miss my delivery or forget to pick up?
Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but a redelivery fee may apply.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is:
7+ days before delivery: 100% refund
3–6 days before delivery: 50% refund
Less than 72 hours: No refund
Cancellations must be submitted via email. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. There are no refunds for early returns, unused items, or missed deliveries.
What happens if I leave something in the rental?
If you forget an item in your rental gear, email us right away. We'll do our best to locate it. A return shipping and handling fee starting at $15 will apply. Canadian shipping rates are additional.
How clean is your gear?
Sanitized and Disney-friendly! Every item is thoroughly cleaned between rentals using baby-safe, commercial-grade products. If gear is returned heavily soiled (e.g., food, dirt, or spills), a cleaning fee starting at $25 may apply.
Do you offer insurance?
We offer an optional $25 Rental Protection Plan per item. This is not third-party insurance—it’s a company-covered protection option to reduce your financial risk if gear is accidentally damaged, lightly stained, or a small part is lost.
Note: It does not cover theft, misuse, neglect, water damage, or abandonment. If no protection is purchased, you’re responsible for full replacement or repair costs.
Will the gear fit my child?
Most of our strollers are suitable for children from 3 months up to 50 lbs. Some strollers are newborn-compatible—please refer to the product descriptions for specific models. Some older children—like those underweight at age 7 or 8—may still fit comfortably. Please check the stroller's weight limit before booking. We do not offer special needs gear at this time.
Can I rent accessories (like snack trays or rain covers) without a stroller?
We only rent gear as part of a stroller package. Standalone accessory rentals are not available.
Do you provide cooler bags?
We offer cooler rentals, but not free cooler bags. Our coolers are available to add during booking.
What if I need to extend my rental?
Contact us as soon as you know. Extensions are subject to availability and may incur a fee. Additional delivery may include a trip charge if we need to bring out replacement gear.
What happens if the gear gets damaged or lost?
If you purchased the Rental Protection Plan, minor damage is covered. If not, you are responsible for the repair or replacement cost. If we must redeliver a replacement, a delivery fee will apply.
Do you offer cribs or special needs items?
We do offer cribs and other baby items, but we do not offer car seat adapters or special needs strollers at this time.
