   Welcome to Enchanted Baby Gear Rentals, where we help families make magical memories with a little less stress (and a lot more comfort). We’re a family-owned business serving Walt Disney World and the Orlando area with clean, safe, high-quality gear we’d trust for our own children. 

As former Disney Cast Members, we know firsthand what it takes to create a magical, hassle-free experience for families visiting the parks. We also understand the challenges of traveling with little ones—packing everything they need can feel overwhelming. That’s why we provide high-quality, clean, and safe baby gear rentals that we’d trust for our own children.

  • It’s simple! Pick your dates, choose the gear your family needs, and we’ll deliver everything directly to your hotel, resort, or vacation rental — clean, sanitized, and ready to go.

  • Off-Property Hotels & Resorts
    For off-property hotels and resorts, we deliver your rental items to bell services or the front desk. Once dropped off, we’ll send you photos as confirmation. When you arrive, simply visit the front desk or bell services to collect your items.

    ONLY Disney Resorts:

    • Orders with a stroller: We are required to meet you in person at the main lobby for both drop-off and pickup to comply with Disney’s policy.

    • Orders without a stroller: Items can be left at bell services, except at the following resorts, which do not hold baby items:

      • Pop Century

      • Old Key West

      • Beach Club

  • Absolutely. We’re parents too, and safety is our top priority. Every item is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between uses using baby-safe, non-toxic products.

  • We’re happy to help! Reach out and let us know — we’ll do our best to recommend the right gear for your child’s comfort and needs.

  • Our optional Rental Protection Plan covers up to $250 in accidental damage or loss to your rented baby gear — so you can focus on making magical memories without worrying about life’s little mishaps.

    What does it cover?

    This plan includes:

    • Minor damage (scratches, scuffs, broken clips)

    • Stains or spills from normal use

    • Theft (with a police report)

    • One lost accessory (like a snack tray or cup holder)

    What if I don’t purchase it?

    Without the plan, renters are responsible for the full cost of replacement or repair for any lost or damaged gear.

  • For all stroller rentals at Disney resorts, we are required to meet you in person at the main lobby for both drop-off and pickup to comply with Disney’s policy.

    For all other baby items (excluding strollers), most Disney resorts and all off-property hotels/resorts allow them to be left at bell services for your convenience.

    However, the following Disney hotels do not hold any baby items:

    • Beach Club

    • Pop Century

    • Old Key West

    Strollers can be left at all off-property hotels and resorts, including:

    • Bonnet Creek Resorts

    • Swan and Dolphin

    • Swan Reserve

    • Shades of Green Resort

    • Disney Springs Resorts

    • Four Seasons Orlando
